Bursa Turkey village

Bursa is a large, modern metropolis that boasts all the amenities and features of contemporary life. But not too far out of the city, the hills and back roads surrounding Bursa are full of traditional little villages that feel worlds away from the hustle, bustle, and modernity of the city.

Recently, photographer Özgür Altınkaynak captured some scenes from a few of Bursa’s villages. We’ve featured Özgür’s photography here before (natural scenes, Muradiye), and when I saw these interesting village shots, I asked him if I could share them here on The Best of Bursa. He graciously agreed.

So, here are some neat Village Scenes by Özgür Altınkaynak.
