Keramet Kaplica | The Best of Bursa

Don’t miss a stop on our four-part day adventuring through Orhangazi!

A few weeks ago, my family and I set out to discover the county of Orhangazi for the first time. Located on the northeastern side of Bursa province, we packed up our car and kids and had a delightful experience together! This four-part mini blog series will share some of the highlights.

Our first stop was the Keramet Kaplica – a thermal hotspring nestled in the fertile fields surrounding the county center.

While spring and summer are far more popular months for visiting the springs, the pool was open to visitors even at our visit in November! For 7 Turkish lira per person, you can enjoy a dip in the warm mineral waters. Warmer months (when COVID isn’t a problem), the grounds offer a café featuring local Turkish breakfast options. In the winter, caravan campers can find a cozy refuge among the olive trees. The grounds also offer clean bathrooms complete with showers.
